Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation and/or stock availability and/or customs delays. All orders are fully traceable through Australia Post. We cannot deliver to PO Box, Parcel Locker or Freight Forwarding addresses. Orders to these addresses may be subject to cancellation.

HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

Browse our online store and add the Antipodean items to your shopping cart. Once you're ready to complete your purchase, proceed to the checkout page, provide the necessary information, and make payment. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is successfully placed.

CAN I HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED TO MY PO BOX OR PARCEL LOCKER?

We cannot deliver to PO Box, Parcel Locker or Freight Forwarding addresses.

Orders to these addresses may be subject to cancellation.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

Once an order has been placed, changes cannot be made as the order is sent to our warehouse for packing. Please follow the returns process to make any changes to your order. 

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

All orders are shipped with Australia Post and are fully traceable on their website.

Alternatively, you can refer to the « Orders » section of your account to get general information about your order status.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DISPATCH MY ORDER?

We aim to ship orders as soon as possible and will ship within 48 hours of your purchase. We dispatch orders from Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays) and deliver on working days.

HOW CAN I USE MY GIFT CARD OR PROMO CODE?

During checkout, you will have the option to enter your gift card or promo code.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES ANTIPODEAN ONLINE STORE OFFER?

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PRE-ORDER ITEMS?

Pre-order items will be processed like a normal order but shipped at a later date. Date will be specified on the product page and you will receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you would like to cancel an order, please follow our returns process.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ONLINE PURCHASE?

In order to return an item please fill in your return via the returns portal. Once approved place the item(s) you wish to return in the reusable packaging along with the dispatch note you have filled in. Drop your parcel off at any Australia post office ensuring to get a receipt as proof of postage. Please note: Online purchases cannot be returned to any stores or stockists.

*All returns must be sent with promotional products and must be in new and original condition.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ONLINE PURCHASE?

We’re sorry that your items weren’t as expected. If you require a different size or style please use the Returns Portal on the Returns Page.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY RETURN TO BE PROCESSED?

All returns will take up to 5 business days to be processed. Once cleared, you’ll receive your refund on the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I PURCHASE FROM THIRD-PARTY RETAILERS?

We cannot accommodate return or exchanges for Antipodean items purchased from other retailers. We are also not liable for items purchased elsewhere.

HOW DO I CONFIRM THE AUTHENTICITY OF AN ANTIPODEAN ITEM?

All genuine Antipodean products come with a unique identification style code listed on the care label. All Antipodean products purchased from our online store come with a unique seasonal gift box. Refer to stockists page for where we are stocked in-store.
