RETURN CENTER

Register your return for a refund or exchange following the steps provided in our returns portal.

You have the right to request a return on one or more products for a refund or exchange within 10 days from date of receipt, in new and original condition.You have 4 days after requesting a return to ship your product back. 

Items must be in Fully Resalable Condition ***(unless the goods have a defect or other problem). Online purchases cannot be returned to any stores or stockists.

*All returns must be sent with promotional products and must be in new and original condition.


Return Request Approval

All return requests will be reviewed and approved within 3–5 business days. Once approved, you will receive an email with instructions on where to send your return. *Please note that items must be shipped back within 4 days of receiving approval. Returns sent after this period may not be accepted.

RETURNS INFORMATION

In order to return an item please fill in your return via the returns portal above.

Once approved place the item(s) you wish to return in the reusable packaging along with the dispatch note you have filled in.

Drop your parcel off at your nearest post office ensuring to get a receipt as proof of postage and tracking information.

Please note: Online purchases cannot be returned to any stores or stockists.

EXCHANGES

We’re sorry that your items weren’t as expected. If you require a different size or style please place a new order and return your unsuitable item(s) via the above returns portal.

FULL PRICED ITEMS

Antipodean Label accepts refunds and store credit for full priced items purchased online within 10 days of receipt of goods

SALE ITEMS

Antipodean Label accepts returns of sale items (discounted by less than 50%) for store credit only. Refunds are not available.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

We do not refund or issue store credit notes unless in the event of items being faulty.

( Sale items discounted by 50% or more cannot be returned and are subject to final sale. )

FAULTY & INCORRECT ITEMS

All items are quality controlled to a high standard before dispatch. However, should you receive an item that isn't entirely satisfactory, please reach out to us at via the returns portal along with your order number and images displaying the fault or issue. We're committed to working with you promptly to address and resolve it. Please be aware that items damaged due to regular wear and tear, accidents, improper use following care instructions, or misuse will not be classified as faulty.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS POLICY

We ship all international orders Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means duties and taxes are covered on your behalf when your order arrives.

Please note that for any international returns, all duties, taxes, and associated fees will be the responsibility of the customer. These charges are non-refundable and will not be reimbursed by Antipodean.

CONDITIONS

  • All returns must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. 
  • All returns must be sent with original and undamaged Antipodean Label packaging (including garment bags and boxes)
  • Returns other than for faulty goods must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods
  • Returns only accepted with proof of purchase
  • We do not refund initial shipping costs
  • We only cover return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items within 10 days of receipt of goods
  • We are not liable for any lost or damaged items during the returns shipping process. Any items not thoroughly packed to avoid damage will not be accepted. 
  • Gift cards are not refundable and are only available for use on our online store
  • Online store credit notes/vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue
